Responsibilities
The city clerk's office can assist you with the following information and services:
  • Management of Municipal Records
  • Coordinating the Production of City Council Agendas/Minutes
  • Processing Various Actions of the City Council
  • City Ordinances
  • Advisory Boards, Commissions, and Committees
  • Public Records Requests
  • Interlocal Agreements
The city clerk also serves as the agent to receive claims for damages against the City (RES 2009-60).
