If my home or building is destroyed, can it be rebuilt or replaced?

If the use is a permitted use it can be rebuilt or replaced anytime with proper building permits.  If the use is considered to be a legal non-conforming use it may be replaced provided it is done within one (1) year from date it was destroyed with proper building permits. Contact the Planning Department for more specific information.
