Bank Robbery Sentencing
Sunnyside, WA- On January 11, 2010 Sunnyside Police responded to a bank robbery in the 800 block of East Edison Ave in Sunnyside. The suspect, Rios Orosco, Gerardo entered the Yakima Federal Savings and Loan in Sunnyside approached a teller and demanded an undisclosed amount of money. No weapon was displayed.
On March 4, 2010 Rios Orosco was pled guilty to First Degree Robbery and was sentenced to 54 months in prison. He is also facing undisclosed federal probation violations.
