Arrest of Virginia Perez
Sunnyside, WA- On September 8, 2009 The Yakima County Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant for former Sunnyside Police Department employee Virginia Perez DOB 02/09/1988 for five counts of felony theft. This morning Perez was taken into custody by Southgate Police Department at an undisclosed residence. The arrest was made possible by Southgate Police and the US Marshal’s Service. Perez will be extradited to Yakima County for arraignment.
