Sunnyside Police to Surplus Found Property
Sunnyside, Wa. – During the month of April Sunnyside Police Department and Evidence Technician Melissa Day will surplus found property that has gone unclaimed. Pursuant with RCW 63.21.050 media notification must be made prior to surplus of found property.
The Sunnyside Police Department wishes to remind people to pick up their found property in a timely manner when contacted by Law Enforcement Officials. In accordance with RCW 63.21.050 found property must only be held for 60 days prior to disposal or surplus.
