The Sunnyside Municipal Court serves the community with the intent to provide prompt, accurate and effectively judicial processes.

Mission Statement

The Sunnyside Municipal Court is dedicated to carrying out the duties set forth by the City of Sunnyside and the Municipal Court Judge in order to provide the community with prompt and accurate information related to the Judicial System.

The Sunnyside Municipal Court makes every effort to provide fluency in paperwork to assure that the legal system is not delayed due to it processing procedures.

The Sunnyside Municipal Court will work in coordination with all law and justice facilities to assure processes and/or procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively between agencies.

Staff values each other’s knowledge and commitment and demonstrate this through initiative and teamwork efforts to achieve excellence in the workplace to guarantee the constitutional rights and justice towards all who come before the court.
