Welcome to my office, my name is Nancy Tharp, and I am the Account Clerk for the Ambulance Service provided by the Sunnyside Fire Department.

Please be assured that I will do everything possible to collect from your insurance carrier. However, you must be aware that the ultimate responsibility for payment is yours.
We spend a great amount of time making sure that you receive all that you are entitled to through your insurance company. Upon occasion we may be required to contact you for required signatures or further information, and your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.
While we are waiting for disposition from your insurance carrier you will not be receiving monthly statements. By suppressing statements on pending accounts we save on postage which allows for greater utilization of the EMS budget. However, should you ever want to check on the status of your account please feel free to contact me in the billing office here at the fire station.
