Public Works Permit Application
Required whenever work is to take place in the city Right of Way, or infrastructure (water, sewer, or streets). An application can be obtained here on the City of Sunnyside website or at City Hall - Public Works Dept., 818 E. Edison Avenue.
Sewer Video Work Request Agreement
Required prior to installation of new sewer lines in the City of Sunnyside. This assures that all new mainlines have video documentation for final inspection and sign-off. It is the contractors responsibility to pay all fees and charges prior to installation of sewer lines.
