Streets Division

The Street Maintenance Crews are responsible for a wide variety of activities that keep the City’s streets safe, clean and functional on a year-round basis. The Street Division is also responsible for the Inert Land Fill and Street Waste Facility.

Street Repairs

The Street crews repair damaged asphalt and potholes. They also complete minor asphalt overlays and crack sealing during the summer months. 

Street Sweeping

Street sweeping is a year-round task except when snow and ice conditions exist. During the snow season, Street crews respond to snow and ice storms twenty-four hours a day to ensure that roadways are safe and passable.
